Our Structured Training Programme
Moulescoomb Boxing Academy follows a clear 7-level progression model. Each level develops key skills in technique, agility, discipline, and confidence. Sessions are grouped by age and ability to create a safe and encouraging environment for all participants.
What Happens in a Typical Session?
- 10 minutes – Warm-up & Mobility
- 15 minutes – Skill Development
- 20 minutes – Drills & Technique Practice
- 10 minutes – Resilience, Agility & Fitness
- 5 minutes – Cooldown & Feedback
How to Book a Session
All sessions should be booked in advance via our Gymcatch platform. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
