Our academy operates a structured, 7-level term-based program designed to develop skills progressively. Each level runs for 13 weeks — 12 sessions plus 1 assessment day.

What Happens in a Typical Session?
Each training session at Moulescoomb Boxing Academy is structured to balance fitness, skill-building, and confidence development:
- Warm-up: Light cardio, mobility drills, and dynamic stretches.
- Skill Development: Footwork drills, stance, guard, punches, and defensive techniques.
- Conditioning: Fun fitness circuits and activities to improve strength and stamina.
- Controlled Partner Work: Non-contact technical drills with a partner.
- Cool-down: Stretching and mental focus exercises to finish the session.
Note: We introduce contact sparring progressively once fundamental skills are established and the child is ready.
